How to Update Your Contact Information
Have you recently moved, changed your phone number or email address? It’s important to keep us informed of any changes to your contact information. Read on to learn how to get updated.
Send a secure message through online or mobile banking. The quickest and most convenient way to update your information is through online or mobile banking. In the full online banking site, click “messages” in the top right-hand corner. In the mobile app, click the menu option (three white lines) in the top left-hand corner of the mobile banking site, followed by “messages” to get started. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response via online or mobile banking.
Give us a call or stop by a branch. You can also update your information by calling us at 417-887-1983 or stopping by one of our branch locations during regular business hours.
Mail your request. If you prefer to mail your request, you can fill out a change request form and mail it to 4520 S National Ave. Springfield MO 65810. Please note that mailed requests might take up to 30 days to process due to mail times and manual updates required.
