Open a CD Online

We're happy to announce that BluCurrent Members can now open a CD through Online or Mobile Banking. Start earning more with your money with these simple steps:

1) Make sure the funds you'd like to use for your CD are available in one of your BluCurrent Accounts. If the funds are in an account at a different financial institution, you have options:

a. Withdrawal the funds from the external account. Then, stop by one of our locations to deposit the funds.

b. Set up an external transfer (if less than $2,500) or wire the funds.

2) Log in to Online or Mobile Banking. Not set up with Online Banking yet? No problem! Registration is easy or get started by downloading the mobile app.

3) Once you are logged in, click the "Open an Account" tab (located at the top of the page, in the blue header options within online banking) or select "Open a New Account" within the mobile app.

4) Follow the prompts to open your new CD.

5) Upon completion, you can download or print a copy of your certificate.
