Update to Branch Access
Updated April 14th, 2022: We are currently feeling the impact many local businesses are experiencing in the Springfield & surrounding areas of being short-staffed. To ensure we continue to provide the best service possible, & to make the most of our limited resources, we will be making the following adjustment to branch access beginning Monday, 4/18: Our Nixa, Kearney and Glenstone locations will be serving you through drive-thru only, 9am-5pm M-F. Our Sunset lobby & drive-thru will remain open during normal hours, with added lobby hours from 9am-1pm on Saturday. Please visit our locations page for the latest updates to branch hours & access. Thank you for your patience & understanding as we work hard to best serve you!

Updated January 6th, 2022: Like many, we've been diligently working to overcome challenges due to COVID-19. Due to recent events, and to help keep our staff and members safe & healthy, we will be making a temporary adjustment to branch access. Starting Monday (1/10) our Glenstone, Kearney & Nixa Branch locations will be limited to drive-thru service only 10am-6pm. Our Sunset Branch will maintain full service, along with all other service channels, during normal business hours. Our goal is to have all branches fully open during normal business hours by Monday, February 14th. We appreciate your patience as volume in the available channels increases.
Updated January 5th, 2022: Our Sunset lobby will be closed until Monday, 1/10. All other service channels, including the Sunset drive-thru, remain available during normal business hours.
Updated May 28th, 2021: In response to Springfield City Council's vote to repeal community COVID-19 restrictions, masks are no longer required to be worn when visiting our branch lobbies. We will continue to monitor local restrictions and update our guidelines accordingly.
Updated February 8th, 2021: While all of our services remain accessible from the comfort of home, we're happy to share that our branch lobbies are available as an additional service channel. We kindly ask that you follow our lobby guidelines if you plan to visit one of our branch lobbies.
Starting Tuesday, 11/17 access to all branch locations will be temporarily limited to drive-thru service only. Appointments will be taken upon request for interactions that must be done in-person, including access to safety deposit boxes. Please call 417-887-1983 to schedule an appointment.
While branch lobbies are unavailable, we look forward to taking care of your banking needs through drive-thru and other remote services.
