If your card has been lost or stolen it is important to report it immediately. Once your card is reported, access to the card will be shut off to prevent loss of funds and a new card will be issued.

We're constantly monitoring your account for suspicious activity. If we suspect your card is being used by someone other than you, your card will be temporarily blocked, and you will receive a text message to verify the transaction. *Your BluCurrent Debit Card: You are not liable for an unauthorized Mastercard® debit card transaction if you can demonstrate that you have exercised reasonable care in protecting your card or access code from loss or theft and, upon discovering the loss or theft, you promptly report the loss or theft to us. However, tell us at once if you believe your card and/or access code has been lost or stolen. You can notify us immediately by calling (800) 528-2273, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
